Negative to positive
Positive energy is very nearly the same as negative energy. It’s just focused in a different direction.
The best way to deal with negative energy is not to fight against it. Instead, make positive use of that energy by redirecting it.
For example, at the heart of frustration, when you strip away the circumstances, it feels a lot like enthusiasm. And in fact, by simply focusing the energy of your frustration in a different direction, you can transform it into enthusiasm.
For everything that you feel the urge to oppose, there’s something else that you can support. Each instance of negative energy has a positive counterpart.
When you’re feeling negative, you’re actually quite close to being positive. Just make the choice to focus the intensity of your feelings on what you value and appreciate, rather than on what you don’t want.
No matter what is coming your way, you can point the considerable power of your life in a positive direction. Remember what you’re in favor of, and put your life into it.

I think this little paragraph is so true. In many ways our world is very negative. we are coincidently flooded my by negative things all the time. We turn on the TV that has 24/7 news cast telling the public that there is unrest in so many parts of the world, and that yet another flood or earth quake has accrued, and we hear on a daily basis from drug companies that if your are in any way depressed all you have to do is take this magic pills and all you’re cares will go away. Ok stop stop I do not want to hear anymore about what is wrong with me or the world. The question is how can we turn all this negative to eaqual out into something positve. Well folks it all begins simply with us
We can all begin to start feeling positive vibes by taking baby steps such as: The first person or persons you see in your day just greet them with a smile. Weather one realizes or not one smile might be the only one they get in a given day, You can offer to hold a door open for someone, you can even go as far as saying hello or good morning to complete strangers everyday. Ok so if this agrees with you and it starts the juices of getting those positive feelings going Lets go to yet another of level positiveness Such as: giving a complement to a child or adult and really showing them the good there doing, Let people you work with know that what they do matters You can do this by sending a positive e-mail to a co worker or workers. You can even go as far as sending out a positive quote of the day. you will be surprise by the many positive responses you will get from people. Ok very good people now you are getting those positive vibes going. I am so proud of you I know you can do it.
Now that you know a few simple steps to being positive you will soon realize the power how being positive effects others. You will see more people smile, laugh, and perhaps pass on that positive vibe to others. It’s nothing but a good habit to get into daily.
Thoughts are things… so choose the good ones.
